Since a few weeks, the restauration of 'Les Bains de Spa' is ongoing. Currently, the former Institut Henrijean (old Spa Monopole laboratory), is being demolished. The functional building, constructed in 1971, has no architectural value and has been empty for 10 years. A new hotel will be built on this location.
