By accessing and/or using the website www.sum.be (the “Website”) or any of its features or applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with them, as well as with any and all applicable laws and regulations in that regard. If you can or will not agree to the Terms of Use, please cease any and all use of and access to the Website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, enforcement, performance or termination of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts.
