The European Commission and the Fundació Mies van der Rohe announced this week the nominees for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture / Mies van der Rohe Awards 2024. We are delighted that our 'Winter Circus' project in Ghent is nominated!
The 2024 EUmies Awards crown the best structures in Europe, completed between April 2021 and May 2023. The competition reflects on the current challenges faced by citizens, architects, clients, developers, policymakers and other professionals in the context of the European Green Deal.
The realisation of the 'Winter Circus' renovation is a collaboration of SumProject (architecture), BARO Architecture & VK Engineering.
