The construction and renovation of 'Central Park' is finished!

The 'Central Park' residential project in Sint-Niklaas focuses on the integration of modern architecture within a landscaped site with a stand-alone villa from the 1930's.

The villa has been completely renovated and transformed into two luxury apartments. The 29 new apartments are characterized by modern architecture matching perfectly with the surrounding park and the villa.

The apartments are almost energy-neutral (BEN), making 'Central Park' an example of the future proof building!

SumProject was responsible for the overall design of the new buildings as well as the renovation of the 'art deco' villa.
