Ghent will be in bloom for the next ten days! Floralies Ghent brings a dynamic and interactive extravaganza for young and old, with fascinating inspirational gardens, breathtaking floral creations, flower workshops and the latest trends. Celebrating its 35th edition, Floralies Ghent will go into a unique dialogue with 4 locations in the city: the Bijloke site, the Leopold Barracks, Saint Peter’s Square and Citadel Park.

SumProject worked closely with the Royal Society for Agriculture and Botany (the organizer of the Floralies) in the development of its new ‘urban’ vision, with specific research on spatial integration, strengthening the interaction between the Floralies and Ghent, its host city.

A visitors circuit has been created with several locations and sites, and is linked with the urban dynamic, the urban green, the remarkable and outstanding architectural qualities and the new concept of the exhibition.

Floralies Ghent will take place form April 22 until May 1.
