Capital One Brussels ​

Capital One comprises 58 apartments with underground parking facilities, ideally located between the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in the heart of the European district. ​The studios, apartments and penthouses combine luxurious interiors with sustainability and high-quality finishes.

The construction of the tower is progressing steadily. In October 2025, the highest point of the structure was reached. Work is currently underway on the phased installation of the exterior insulation.
