We started 2019 with the construction of two new secondary schools in Molenbeek for 1.450 students!! The old tobacco depot of the legendary green ‘Saint-Michel’ brand, located on the opposite of the site of Turn and Taxis, will be renovated and reconverted.

The closed building will be given a large glazed façade, thereby enhancing the emblematic concrete structure with ribbed ceiling of the building. The classrooms enjoy the high ceilings, the intense daylight and the views through the building. In the inner area and on the roof, the recreation rooms are provided with large trees and landscape seating elements.

The large sports infrastructure will also be opened to the neighbourhood.
