SumProject, together with Immobel, Art & Build Architect and Studio Roosegaarde, has been selected by the Brussels Urban Development Corporation (SAU-MSI) as one of the five candidates for the redevelopment of the former ‘Actiris building’, opposite the Bourse, in the centre of Brussels. The building of 19.000 square meter is located between 'boulevard Anspach', 'rue Paul Devaux' and 'rue du Marché aux Poulets'.

In the seconds phase our team will develop a detailed plan displaying our vision on the urban development, architecture, sustainability, the programme and a realistic phasing as well as a financial bid.
