The first phase of residence ‘Theodoor’, located in the centre of Kortrijk, is ready! Theodoor is part of ‘Park 1302’, a reconversion of an old industrial zone (Barco site) into a green and pleasant urban living environment. SumResearch developed a masterplan with a general vision of adaptation to the existing environment. This resulted in a mix of housing types within a green setting. SumProject is responsible for the architecture.
