Sum is selected for Anspach 65!

SumProject, together with Immobel, Art & Build Architect and Studio Roosegaarde, has been selected by the Brussels Urban Development Corporation (SAU-MSI) as one of the five candidates for the redevelopment of the former ‘Actiris building’, opposite the Bourse, in the centre of Brussels. The building of 19.000 square meter is located between 'boulevard Anspach', 'rue Paul Devaux' and 'rue du Marché aux Poulets'. In the seconds phase our team will develop a detailed plan displaying our vision on the urban development, architecture, sustainability, the programme and a realistic phasing as well as a financial bid. Take a virtual walk through 'Central Park'

The construction and renovation of 'Central Park' is finished! The 'Central Park' residential project in Sint-Niklaas focuses on the integration of modern architecture within a landscaped site with a stand-alone villa from the 1930's. The villa has been completely renovated and transformed into two luxury apartments. The 29 new apartments are characterized by modern architecture matching perfectly with the surrounding park and the villa. The apartments are almost energy-neutral (BEN), making 'Central Park' an example of the future proof building! We really thank all participants of our 'Sum in the City' debate in the Bourse building! The evening started with a most interesting guided tour of the 'Sublime Brussels' exhibition, organized by the City of Brussels – Department of Urban Planning, which was showing the historical and architectural development along the central lanes of Brussels.
