Press conference: extension Tram 94 and refurbishment Boulevard de la Woluwe

On monday, the extension of tram line 94 and the refurbishment of Boulevard de la Woluwe was presented at a press conference of Pascal Smet, Brussels minister for Mobility and Public Works. SumProject is responsible for the design of the extension and the refurbishment. Tram line 94 will be extended form Avenue de Tervueren towards the multimodal terminal at Roodebeek. Together with the extension a refurbishment of Boulevard de la Woluwe will take place. This includes a new buffer zone with wide sidewalks, new bike paths, additional green, etc. The objective is to create a pleasant urban boulevard. Swimming pool Ostend - The end of a valuable architectural landmark?

On January 11, 2016 the City of Ostend decided to abandon the renovation of its municipal pool. Sum wrote together with Jos Vandenbreeden, director of Architecture Archive (Sint-Lukasarchief vzw), an article as response to this news.
